The Villa Lückendorf was builded by the engineer Hugo Lubisch in the style of Art Nouveau. In the first place the house was used as a summer residence - later the family lived there most time of the year. It was used also as a place for meeting and recreation. The house survived 106 years without prejudice and was bought by Icelanders in almost its original shape. After the restauration in 2006 its open for family and friends of ours.
